Please read our Terms of Use before using LogRide. By using the LogRide (“the Service”) mobile application (owned by PARKWIDE LLC), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). Please do not use LogRide if you do not agree with this Policy or agree to be bound by all of our Terms of Use.

Basics

1. LogRide may update this policy from time to time. Please review it occasionally as our policy may have changed. You continued use of the Service will constitute your agreement to any changes made to this policy.
2. We collect several pieces of information when you register for an account including email address, username, password.
3. Geolocation data is used to determine if you are near (or inside) a park and may unlock location-specific features.
4. We collect data about your activity during your use of the Service. This data is used to help us improve our services.
5. Usernames are used in a search feature that allows users to add other users. Therefore usernames may be visible at times.

Content

1. We collect content submitted through the Service by users including text, images, photos, and other materials.
2. Content that users submit (including text, images, photos, and other material) through the Service may be visible to all LogRide users.

Sharing Information

1. We do not share your information with third-party organizations or partners unless responding to a legal request like a search warrant, court order or subpoena. Information may be retained beyond account termination or deletion in response to a legal request.

Security

1. We use commercially available security resources to reasonably protect your information. Although we have taken these precautions, we can not guarantee that information may not be accessed, altered, or deleted. Please help us by keeping your own password and account information secret.
