By using the LogRide (“the Service”) mobile application (owned by PARKWIDE LLC), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). Please do not use LogRide if you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

Arbitration Notice: Except for certain types of disputes described in the arbitration section below, you agree that disputes between you and PARKWIDE will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

General

1. In order to use the Service, you must be AT LEAST thirteen (13) years old
2. Although we try to be as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that the information (attraction details, park information, dates, manufacturers) displayed within the Service is accurate. There may be inaccuracies or missing details.
3. While using the Service, you must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations (including but not limited to local, state, and federal)
4. You are responsible for any data, images, photos, links, or information you submit, post, or display within the Service
5. You may not access data within the Service using unauthorized means, including but not limited to, automated devices, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers or scrapers.

Accounts

1. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without cause or notice.
2. If you would like to have your account deleted, please email our team at logrideapp@gmail.com
3. Once an account is terminated or deleted, that user will no longer have access to any data they input or submitted through the Service. Images, text, dates, or other information that the user submitted during the time their account was active might still appear within the Service

Content

1. We do not claim ownership of your content that you post or submit through the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the Content that you post on or through the Service, subject to the Service’s Privacy Policy.
2. By submitting text, images, or photos, you are warranting that you own this information or have the appropriate permission or rights to this content. This submitted content must not violate any rights of others including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. If you do not own or have the appropriate permission or rights to this content, you agree to pay for all royalties, fees, or any other costs we incur by reason of the content you submitted.
3. Users may submit images for review through Modify Attraction forms within the Service. Image attribution will be used when original content is provided, as long as the submitted content does not violate any intellectual property rights. Images are attributed to the username of the submitting user as it appears on the date of submission.
4. Content submitted by users through the Service may be rejected from appearing within the Service. Rejected content might still be used within the Service if it complies with all previous terms.
5. We reserve the right to add, edit, remove, or delete any content from the Service at any time without notice.

Payments

1. The Service may contain in-app purchases such as subscriptions. Payments for in-app purchases are only processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play store from which a user originally downloaded the Service.
2. Information regarding in-app purchase rules and policies can be found on each app store’s websites.
3. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace or repair a user’s existing in-app purchase within a reasonable amount of time, we will authorize the relevant app store to issue a refund up to the cost of the affected in-app purchase. Refunds may also be requested by contacting the app store directly.
4. All billing and transaction processes and handled by the app store from where you downloaded the Service. In the event of a payment or billing issue, users must contact the app store directly.

If you believe that any material within the Service infringes on your copyright(s), please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice to logrideapp@gmail.com.
